New Patient Registration for Private Patients

Thank you for choosing Emedical Comprehensive Consults for your healthcare needs. To get started, please follow the steps below to complete your registration:

Step 1: From the Home page, click on the Subscription Plans menu. Choose your registration category from the subscription plans drop down menu – Private Registration Form for Individual Plan, Private Registration Form for the Family up to 5 Persons Plan and Private Registration Form for the Family up to 10 Persons Plan. Registration Fees (1. Individual Plan Registration Fee: ₦3,000.00. 2. Family up to 5 Persons Plan Registration Fee: ₦10,000.00. 3. Family up to 10 Persons Plan Registration Fee: ₦20,000.00)

Step 2: Complete the Private Patient Forms and Payment – Once you’ve chosen your registration category, you will be directed to our Private Patient Forms and Payment page. Please complete the forms and payment process, which will activate your account.

Step 3: Choose a Consultation Option – After registration, you will be given the option to schedule a consultation with one of our medical professionals. If you want to schedule a consult today, you will be asked to select one of the following options from a drop down box or written options: GP Consultation for ₦10,000, Specialist Consultation for ₦20,000, or Medical Record Review for ₦30,000.

If you prefer not to book a consultation at this time, you can still complete your registration by making a registration payment only.

Please note that for those who choose to schedule a consultation, the consult payment will be required in addition to the registration payment.

Once your registration and consultation payment (if applicable) is complete, you will be ready to book your appointment and connect with one of our medical professionals from the comfort of your own home.
